Hello. Lena_Lena,Welcome to the forum. That error code if I am not mistaken means you hit one of the newer encryptions and Shrink can not handle it. You might try AnyDVD along w/ Shrink to see if that gets you going. If that also fails then use DVDDecrypter along w/ AnyDVD and rip the whole disk to HD. Then d/l Vobblanker and process the compilation you just did and then use that file for Shrink to compress and burn accordingly. All of the programs can be found here at AD or you can Google for them
